La Sal de la Vida is a cook book around the ingredient “Flor de Sal d’es Trenc”. It offers a selection of the best restaurants and chefs on the island and 31 recipes. The book, published in German and later translated into Spanish, not only includes a modern collection of recipes of Mediterranean inspiration, with some touches of fusion cuisine, but also serves as an original gastronomic guide of Majorcan cuisine.
