La Sal de la Vida is a cook book around the ingredient “Flor de Sal d’es Trenc”. It offers a selection of the best restaurants and chefs on the island and 31 recipes. The book, published in German and later translated into Spanish, not only includes a modern collection of recipes of Mediterranean inspiration, with some touches of fusion cuisine, but also serves as an original gastronomic guide of Majorcan cuisine. All splendid photos were taken by Oliver Brenneisen. We have been working together for many years, his photos are also seen at LENNOX and INEOS.
